An Oldie, But a Tasty One: Turkey Tetrazzini
This recipe is a keeper. What can I say when it comes to turkey leftovers? This is the recipe to use. I originally posted it in November of 2016, and I have found nothing better to replace the tastiness and generous amount of this casserole.
This recipe makes plenty as you can tell by the photo below and it freezes wonderfully! It's rich with fresh mushrooms, butter, bacon, white wine, and olives. Of course, you can always use the basics and make it your own by adding or subtracting ingredients. Check out the link.

And remember, whatever white wine you use in the recipe, be sure and have another bottle of the same to pair with this delicious casserole.
