And Then This Happened...

It decided not to be a Thanksgiving amaryllis. 

It decided not to be a Christmas amaryllis. 

It decided not to be a Valentine's Day amaryllis...

It decided to be a Saint Patrick's Day amaryllis. 

It surprised me with four buds, and yesterday I found two more smaller buds.

It's a gorgeous thing.
